Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refunds for Classroom / Online Classes:

Cancellations by the Participant

Within 48 hours of registration: 80% refund
Less than 10 days before the course starts: No refund

Please note that all cancellations will incur a 20% deduction from the refunded amount to cover transactional and service costs. Refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of enrollment will be processed within 48 business hours.

Cambridge Academy of English reserves the right to replace previously scheduled presenters with other qualified presenters if necessary. Additionally, the Academy may cancel or reschedule events due to insufficient registrations, unforeseen circumstances, or failure to receive payments despite multiple reminders.

Participants are advised to confirm with Cambridge Academy of English before making travel arrangements for any course. In the event of cancellation by the Academy, participants will be notified in advance and offered either a full refund or credit toward a future event. Refunds for cancellations initiated by participants will take up to 30 days to process upon receiving a written refund request within the specified timeframe.

Refunds for Online Courses:

Within 48 hours of registration and before completing 30 minutes of training:
100% refund or option to transfer to another online course.
After 48 hours of registration and after completing 30 minutes of training:
No refund.

Additional Notes:

Extensions for online courses can be granted for a maximum of one month if requested before the course expiry date.
For further extensions, students must pay 50% of the course fee or as applicable.
