Welcome to Cambridge Academy of English (A Unit of Cambridge Educational Trust). By accessing our website and enrolling in our courses, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. 1. General Terms
1.1 The Cambridge Academy of English, A Unit of Cambridge Educational Trust, is located in Bangalore, India, and provides English language training courses to individuals of all age groups.
1.2 By enrolling in a course, you agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the Academy.
1.3 The Academy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be published on the website.

2. Course Enrollment and Payment
2.1 Enrollment in any course is subject to availability and confirmation by the Academy.
2.2 Students must provide accurate and complete information during the enrollment process.
2.3 Course fees must be paid in full before the start date of the course, unless a payment plan has been agreed upon.
2.4 Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in cases where the Academy cancels the course.
2.5 Any additional costs, such as study materials or exam fees, will be communicated separately.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1 If a student wishes to cancel their enrollment, they must notify the Academy in writing.
3.2 Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the following guidelines:

• Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the course start date: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the course start date: No refund.
  3.3 The Academy reserves the right to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollments. In such cases, students will receive a full refund.

4. Attendance and Conduct
4.1 Students are required to maintain at least 75% attendance to be eligible for course completion certificates.
4.2 Any form of disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of enrollment without a refund.
4.3 The Academy expects students to respect the faculty, staff, and fellow learners.

5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All content provided by the Academy, including course materials, videos, and online resources, is the intellectual property of Cambridge Academy of English (A Unit of Cambridge Educational Trust).
5.2 Students are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using the Academy’s materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 The Academy is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property occurring on the premises.
6.2 While the Academy strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information, it does not guarantee the completeness or reliability of the content on its website or materials.

7. Privacy Policy
7.1 The Academy collects and uses students' personal information solely for enrollment and administrative purposes.
